Seasonal Pacific Humpback Whales

These majestic creatures return to Hawaiʻi’s warm waters each winter, typically from late November through April, to mate, give birth, and raise their young. You can often spot them breaching from shore, but nothing compares to seeing them from the water on a whale-watching excursion. And if you have a drone, the view from above can be pretty spectacular too.
